Template 2 years ago

I am experiencing the same issue as https://www.joomshaper.com/supports/forums/question/10981

I have rolled back to 2.5.8 but the image add-on override process is not explained. How would I perform this step to resolve the missing images caused by the template update.

That is correct. Helix 3 Framework auto updated from 2.5.8 to 3.0.3. Looking at the other forum post that was referenced, it seems that this broke the SPPB Image Add-on for this template.

I followed the steps of rolling back to 2.5.8 but the post later references a template override that was used to rename the SPPB Image Add-on that fixes the issue with the template. The forum post did not provide details about this rename.

I do not have any blog on this site

Hi there!

Would you please give us your admin access here to check?

Kindly, redirect us where your images are missing with screenshots and page link also.

Best Regards

But Helix3 plugin update do not have relation with Image Addon.

Image addon do not use images from template, but from SP Page Builder.

If your template - what is his name?? - overriden Image addon, DELETE that override, not rename!

Sorry, but without access I cannot help more.

Fixed.

The problem was not in SPPB itself, but image addon override inside template. I just deleted and helped.

Great thanks. The template was my thought based on the other ticket and the timeframe from when it became a problem.

Thanks for resolving!
