Page Builder Will Not See File After FTP Upload

SP Page Builder Pro Version: 3.7.9

Joomla: 3.9.24

Template: Fortune

I am attempting to load large video file. I changed the file size limits in php and in the Joomla adminstrator. When I attempt to load the file through Page Builder it just spins after about 90%.

I uploaded the file through cPanel (public_html/media/videos) I can see the file in cPaenl however when I goto Joomla Admin then Page Builder, and attempt to add the file to the Video Ad On, it is missing. It does not show in the window or when I browse for the files.
