SP Page Builder: Blank Page After Uploading A File

I'm working on a new website and everything went fine. When editing a page in back-end, I suddenly got a blank page after uploading a file. In frontend, the page shows correctly – except of the download buttons I saved before – these are not visible. And I'm no longer able to edit this page… The other pages are ok. I don't have Java compression on, so that can't be the problem. Could you help, please? I already did a lot of work to this particulary page, so I'm not keen in setting in up again.

What was the file about, please? And which addon you were working on?

What is your Joomla, template and PHP versions there?

It was a pdf-file that I linked to a button group. Joomla 4.3.2, Helix Ultimate 2.0.13, PHP 8.1.20

Hello – anyone here from support?!?! I spend quite a lot of money for agency licence, so I think I can accept a good support. Since this isn't the first time I don't get help or even an answer and since I face more and more problems with SP Page Builder, I have to think about a new solution…
