Images Not Uploading After Downgrade To Page Builder 3 From 5

Hi Guys,
I was having problems with Page builder 5 when using 'Save as copy' in an article so I've reinstalled pagebuilder 3.8.10. However, when uploading an image in pagebuilder 3 now, it doesn't seem to complete in the media window, it just gets stuck at 100% and the preview is not shown nor can you select it.
The problem with page builder 5, is that when you save as copy from the article menu the blocks are not saved when you then open the backend editor and click "save as copy' it says it is saved as copy but does not appear as an article. This is obviously a problem as there is no way to effectively save a Pagebuilder 5 article as an exact copy of another article without having to export/import the blocks.
This is running on Joomla 4.

Accepted AnswerNo problem at all - please find new URL below, the credentials are the same as the ones I previously sent. This is a clone of the site with Geoprotection disabled.

Accepted AnswerThe Content plugin was not enabled on the cloned site - I enabed this and this is working, however the function is not working on the original site - can you please check this.

I've recorded a quick screen recording that shows the issue. If you Save as Copy an article that uses the content plugin, the blocks are not copied to the new article.
