Hello guys,

I noticed that my SP Cookie Consent button no longer works after updating to Joomla 3.10.11 , it only has a # as a link but when I click it it goes to the top of the page. Could you help me to resolve? please. Thanks!

Hi,

Right now I don't see any cookie module/plugin on your site. On my private site with J3.10 still works.

Anyway, if you need cookie extension that really block Cookies you have to use different extension, our solution display only info, but do not block cookies, so cannot be used for EU users/coutries!

I reactivated the extension, now it has reappeared. And the button doesn't work.

It can be Javascript conflict, which I cannot fix on the forum.

In that case I recommend using different cookie solution.
