How To Deny All Permissions And Allow Only One Page To Edit?

Hi Friends! Waht is scenario to denie all permisions and alow to eddit only one page?
I alowed access administration interface to publishers and managers. All other settings is denied and on particular page i set Alow to eddit.
Is this right? But user canot edit. What i do wrong?

I would like only a specific user to edit only a specific page.
User John> edit page 01 User Mary> edit page 02
This method of creating a group of user editors would not work for me, because all users of that group could edit the page, I want the author of the page to be the editor of the page, and no one else besides the administrator.
