The form works but the phone number does not appear in the email to my client.
The email template is set to
<p><strong>From:</strong>{{first-name}} {{last-name}}</p>
<p><strong>Email:</strong>{{email}}</p>
<p><strong>Phone:</strong>{{phone}}</p>
<p><strong>Subject:</strong>{{subject}}</p>
<p><strong>Message:</strong>{{message}}</p>
resulting in
From:Kieron Gray Email:[email protected] Phone:{{phone}} Subject:Testing Form Again Message:Test 4
Why does the phone number not appear?

all are sent via email except Phone?

In Form Builder you have the option to configure the phone field, that's why I asked for the settings of this field:
"Field name" is what you need in the {{}} brackets, please check if it is the same. In my example it would be {{phone}}
