Hi I'm trying to build a new website using a Joomshaper template, but every action I attempt throws an apparent database error, eg:

0 Missing field in database: Joomla\Component\Categories\Administrator\Table\CategoryTable   extension.

Any ideas out there?

The colour schema suddenly changed when I was amending aspects of the site using the Helix framework. I cannot recover from it

The site offline option does not work I had to change the public_html name to prevent public access

The footer has disappeared

The slider intro has also vanished

This is a php error, the current workable php version for this is 8, this was identified and fixed by my host. In the meantime another issues has raised its head.

I tried to take the new site offline for editing but I get an error - 0 - Class "Html" not found. And after updating pagebuilder to com_sppagebuilder_pro_v4.0.7 the slider has disappeared.

Hi there!

Sorry for your issue.

Is there any issue left, or all of them has resolved already. Would you please mention?

Best Regards

Hi ... One of the original errors changed a little, but the problem remains ... let me explain.

When I chose the 'site offline' action, an error message was thrown and a template default image was presented, basically advising me there was an error.

One of your colleagues had a look at teh problem and later suggested I have a look. When I looked I noticed the default image is no longer there, instead I get a browser message suggesting the site does not exist. And I am unable to access the site and work offline.

So I have to deactivate the site offline. This means the site is live while I work on it.

It appears that the path between setting the site offline and the target offline.php is incorrect

All others appear to be resolved although these seemed to be user error.
