I've reinstalled page builder 4.0.7. There were no warnings or errors and the problem 2 still exists. Please note I have resolved issue 1 "A page which displays fine is not in the list of pages I can edit in pagebuilder component". I had misnamed a page.

You should work on that addon. Create a test page and test there. Clear your Joomla and browser cache then check again.

I created a test page called "test" and used the same add ons. It seems to work fine. I also cleared all the caches, however, the problem with this particular page still exists.

Then keep a abckup and renmake this again because somehow any CSS conflicts this portion.
