Hi

I tried to upload a svg favicon in Helix media manager and get this error:

COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_MEDIA_MANAGER_MEDIA_TOTAL_SIZE_EXCEEDS

What is this?

Joomla 4.2.7 and Helix Ultimate 2.0.11 PHP 8.1.2 MySQL (PDO) 8.0.32 Caching Disabled Gzip Enabled The server have plenty of ram and harddisk etc

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try to use the PHP 8.0 instead of PHP 8.1. Besides, Increase file upload size from content > media > options > Maximum Size (in MB)

Ok the Maximum Size (in MB) is 60 so it should be enough.. seems to be some correralated Joomla error there as well I guess and hope new version Joomla 4.2.9 solve that then..

Pls test your Helix Ultimate and SP Pagebuilder with php 8.2 also pls..

Please try another file format other than SVG and check the issue. For example, try JPG format files.

We will try to check in PHP 8.2 but I can't promise you for the next release.
