When creating a custom layout, the Logo module is not an option in the Module Position list in Column Options. How do you set the position for the logo?

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

Did you mean you are trying to create a custom Header? Which template you are using, please?

I can find it well within the Layout builder of Helix Ultimate template.

However, here is the documentation on how to create custom header:

Yes, it is Helix Ultimate. And I swear I looked in that exact spot 20 times that day and Logo was not there. Today, however it was there. My apologies for wasting your time. Don't know why I didn't see it.

Ok, its happenning again. I've followed the instructions to create a custom header and when I go to find the logo or the menu to place them in the new header, they simply are not an option to select. I'm using Helix Ultimate Framework. I've turned off the predefined headers, selected the layout tab. I've created a new row and named it Header. I've chosen a single column for the row and clicked on the three dots to add the menu to the row and it is not an option to select. What am I doing wrong?

In your instructions you say: Notify that Logo would be taken from Helix Basic settings and Menu from Helix Mega Menu engine. What does that mean?

Hi,

Sorry to hear that.

That means you have space to select a image to be used as your logo in the basic tab. So if you are using a custom header and assign logo module position in a column, then the logo image specified in the basic tab will be shown in your site. This is what it means.

If your issue still there, kindly give me your admin access to check.

Best Regards

Hi, Thank you for that, but it is the menu I need to place. I don't need a logo location for this template as the logo will be on the slider. I've included the credentials below.

Please be careful as this is a live site that currently is not using the helix/sppagebuilder template system. I do have a backup though.
