Duplicate a column

I'm not able to duplicate a column in SP PB.
The functions is light grey (disabled) an it says "Warn Available in Pro version.
But I have Pro Version! I installed a Layout in SP PB.

Sorry for your issue.

Which template and which version of SPPB you are using, there, please?

Kindly give me your admin access to check the issue. Actually, the duplicate column is working fine at my end.
