Slide Height Option does Not Work If The Screen Size is More Than 2000px

Hello,

As the title says, if you use a screen larger than 27 inch, the height of the slider will be invalidated.

This did not happen in the previous version, only happens when updating SP PageBuilder Pro version 4.0.7 Also, this error does not occur if you set the height to the height of the window

You can see this error yourself by, adding 1 page, inserting 1 slide with a certain height, then zoom out the screen (if you don't have a large screen to test), your slide will disappear because when that height = 0

Bg, Stephen

Hi Stephen,

as I know it will be fixed in one of upcoming updates. More users noticed that so it's on our bug list already.

Open your browser --> Click Option button (Custom and control) --> Zoom ( - ) about 75 or 50%

Or easy way by press "Ctrl + ( - )"

yes, I know ;) I talked in general.

It has to be fixed by our developers, not me.

Hi,

I'm still waiting for the next version, while I have to use custom CSS to keep the height of the slide fixed.

.sp-slider-outer-stage {
  height: 700px !important;
}

Don't forget a bug here too: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/22186

Thanks!

Great that PB 4.0.9 has already come out in April 2023. The problem that you still have to adjust the height of the slider in the CSS is a drama!

.sp-slider-outer-stage { height: 700px !important; }

What is the problem that such small things are not fixed?

I've been working with 3.x for years and finally upgraded to 4.0.9, believing that small bugs that existed in the first 4.x were already fixed. But no, there is not really much happening. It drags on from version to version.

And where is the promised "Backend Editor Reimagined"? That should have been out weeks ago. Did you overdo it with all the new features or is that tactical intention, that the licenses have to be renewed from year to year, so that you can get an update that doesn't come?

I love your program, but it seems more and more strange to me what you are doing.

.sp-slider-outer-stage { height: 700px !important; }

Hello Christian,

the backend editor is available in version 5 of the sppb, which is currently as RC2 available for testing.
Have a look at the pined/featured message.

https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/25335

You can test the RC2 on a staging page an report if you find any problems or missing features.

In addition, Version 4.0.11 is already available, eventually the slider features is included, if not, check Version 5 RC2.

Have a nice day and weekend.

Deutsch:

Hallo Christian,

https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/25335
