Please Help Where is Row Addon Settings?

Hi friends i put in sp row 3 row addons with columns but i cannot find row addon settings. I need to remove padding from rows. I can drag top and bootom padding with mouse but cannot find where is row settings. Please see photo. I need to remove padding complitely but with mouse it is inpossible.

Removing backand was not good idea.

you can see there is 1 px padding below rows. In vertical line with dots
