Inappropriate Limitations In Page Builder Pro

Hello there at Joomshaper, I have a "Personal" package, including Page Builder Pro. (Jomla 4.2.8 / Page Builder 4.0.7 / activation key = Ok / Domain = Ok)
Problem : When I want tu use some functionalities, I can't get them and instead I have a pink message saying "WARN - Available in pro version". Could you tell me why ? Thanks in anticipation for your help.

are you sure that you installed PRO version, if you are not sure, please download file and reinstall. Then click Clear cache in Joomla 4 admin area! The whole process will take you 2 min.

I followed what you recommended ... but this problem remains. I clearly have a "Pro" version, and I can access to some "Pro" features but not to some others. My curent problem is that I would like to save "Columns", in which I have addons, to use them somewhere else. And when I open the settings panel of the colum (right click on top-left icon), most of items are greyish and unactivated. If I want to clik on one of them I get the warning message "WARN - Available in pro version".
