Hi, Our team tested the issue by using all the updated version of all our product and everything works fine. there is no issue in mega menu with Joomla modules loading. so need some more information about the issue, like : from which helix 3 version you updated into helix ultimate? your running Joomla version? And if possible please give me your super admin access so that we can check Thank you

I am currently update my Website from Helix 3 to Ultimate.

Hi. Keep in mind that the Helix 3 and Helix Ultimate are not compatible. They cannot be kept on the same site at the same time. If you have installed Helix Ultimate, you need to completely uninstall Helix 3 and all its plugins to continue working.

I have now activated all the necessary modules. I also uninstalled Helix 3. The loading time doesn't really improve.
