I want to download and use the Helix Ultimate template https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/helixultimate

Do I download the template only? Do I also need to download the plugin? What am I downloading?

The documentation is really bad.

  2. No you don't have to, it's for users of templates based on helix ultimate
