Support Takes A Very Very Very Long Time!

We bought the agency plan, but it seems your support is taking a very long time to respond. We even emailed in the questions. If this is the normal level of support we would like a refund. We have many issues with Pagebuilder pro. Found many bugs. We have deadlines and it seems we are beta testing your new build Joomla 4.
We have used on Joomla 3 and didn't have as many issues. Joomla 4 has been a different story. No point in developing on Joomla 3 since it is EOL and we don't want to rebuild in August.

Problems with Joomla 4 core itself should be asked on forum.joomla.org, not here.
Before SPPB 4.0.x will get back-end editor you can use SPPB 3.8.x if you want.
