Change Default Padding?

I am using the Rythm template and i would like to change the default padding size in the top and bottom of new rows. It is set to 75 px - can this be changed somewhere so that new rows have a top and bottom padding of eg 15 px instead ??

But this is no bug! If you create a new row in SP Page builder then there is always 75px margin in top and bottom - can this default number be changed ? I know I can drag to make the number smaller, but I do not want to do that every time.

Sorry this is the only option we have. There is no other option. You have to reduce it by dragging it.
