After upgrading from J3 to J4 I get a notification that an override to the template Helix Ultimate is found. The newest version of Helix Ultimate is installed. https://prnt.sc/9gHGp61KwcMi
But what should be changed and how?

It's OK - click "yellow" and confirm all changes. It's Joomla core checker feature.

The yellow 'Change found' is not clickable. There is nowhere where I can accept the change.
