Pagebuilder For Articles Won't Work

After upgrading from j3 to j4 we've encountered an issue with articles "designed" with PageBuilder (PB in the following).
On the live page, PB seems like not working. Instead the unformated "Text" is shown.
"Use PB in Joomla-Articles" is activated.

Is the article details has some content in Joomla editor too? Would you please give us your admin access to check the issue?
