Having an issue adding my own video to a SPPB page section using the SP media manager uplaod files MP4 and webm

1. indicates to large (fail) PHP INI is set 49M and 40M respectively
2. Jooma Media set to 50M

The file sizes are 32M and 14M

SPPB indicates large files

I can manually uplaod FTP no problem but SPPB cannot see any of the file suplaoded to Joomla Image Folder.

How can this be done.
