Fixed. I created a new HK user.

Source of problem: You forgot to fill fields from SP Booking Profile plugin, I disabled that plugin by now.

thank you very much for the quick support. I couldn't find out exactly what the plugin does for the users in the documentation.

It adds extra two fields: phone and adderess to user profile. That's all.
