Are you using JCE component? If yes, then please change your editor to tinymce and check again.

Then I did as you suggested by uninstalling the previous version and then installing version 3.7.13 but the problem continues to be present, any other solution?

The same (whith Tiny too). SP PB not works in backend and frontend in J4.

Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\HtmlDocument::addScriptVersion()

For Super User was assigned JCE as well. Switched to Tiny and SP PB began to work.
