Hello! My Joomla 4.x. I have installed a new template Yamas and updated to the latest SP Page Builder 4 Pro (ver 4.0.3). I have managed the "Settings" and wrote in my email and license key i found in my account Dashboard. I continue with the next step "Create a new page" and then press the button "Save & Go". Result => I get the message "Internal Server Error" in my browser. The website is visible and ok. Its only the new generated page showing "Internal Server Error". What kan I do next? Greetings from Finland Inguarkp

I get a blank white screen on creating a new page, so I reverted to 3.8.7 and it works again. I don't need front end, I need it to just work.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

Internal Server Error Is not our product issue. You can contact with your hosting provider.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please contact your hosting provider to solve this issue. Thanks

I would think this would be adequate? I can't remember where I found this code, but inserted into PHP Additional Directives, it has fixed this on another site for me. It also is on the current site where I abandoned SPPB4 to wait for one that works. But if 'response body too large' is why I get a white screen, the parameter below didn't initially work though also increasing the memory allocation finally got it working. ; )

<IfModule mod_security2.c>
SecResponseBodyLimit 546870912
</IfModule>

Will you please check your site on your localhost or another server. Then let me know. Thanks

Along with the php directive above, we found that increasing the RAM allocated to the website resulted in a successful experience.

Hi Toufic! This domain that we have investigated is placed in a server in the UK. Now I have tested the same extensions, theme Yamal and latest SP Page builder in a server located in the Netherlands with the same results. Support which is the same for the server in the UK and the server in the Netherlands says: I see "ModSecurity: Output filter: Response body too large" in the logs - so I have now added an exception rule for your domain. Cheers! Inguarkp
