Hello Dears,

I have upgraded the joomla from 3.10.11 to 4.2 Once I finished the upgrade, I found the following error message on the website...

Cannot access protected property Joomla\CMS\Menu\MenuItem::$params

I'm using the template: Ensure

Do you have any idea about this problem!!? And how do I fix!!?

Hi Adel,

  1. I hope you have website backup, right?
  2. Have you updated template to v2.0.0 ?
  3. Is your Joomla admin area still works?
  • If yes, share access using Hidden Content area.
  • If no, I need also FTP access + URL.

FIXED

This time, I had to only update template from v1.2. to current 2.0 that is inside download section ;0)

Ensure v1.2 was only for Joomla 3.10.
