Template 3 weeks ago

Hello, We are using the Indigo template and recently attempted to upgrade our site from Joomla 4 to Joomla 5. The upgrade was successful, but we have some front-end errors (though the backend remains operational). We require assistance in resolving these front-end display issues. The following error is displaying on the front end of the site.

Undefined variable. , 179 | height: $header_height_sm !important; | ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ' templates/indigo/scss/responsive.scss 179:11 @import master.scss 13:9 @import - 1:9 root stylesheet JROOT/plugins/system/helixultimate/vendor/scssphp/scssphp/src/Evaluation/EvaluateVisitor.php:3434

Please guide us how to solve this issue.

Hello Román,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing with the Joomla 4 to 5 upgrade.

To assist you more effectively, could you please grant us temporary administrative access to your site? This will allow us to thoroughly investigate and resolve the issue.

Before sharing the credentials, we strongly recommend taking a complete backup of your site to ensure your data remains secure.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards
