as I informed you in different topic, I already informed developer but it may takes some days! It doesn't happen on all hosting services as you probably can guess.

By now please use database manager (PhpMyAdmin or Adminer) and export table then import it, or just copy-paste that content. Nothing more, easy job.

Your clients shouldn't touch database nor edit templates - only edit/create content. The less ACL you will give them the better sleep.
