My main page I cannot get any of the controls to load on elements on the page. No errors I can find using browser dev tools. Other pages I can edit just fine.

I was able to restore the system's Helix Functionality through:

  • Reloading the plugin & template
  • Toggle on and off Compression & SCSS
  • Clearing out Joomla Cache

Thanks for all your help.

Hmm, what? Only updated SPPB component.

Maybe clean browser cache or use 2nd one, all is working fine.

Before using "Panic button" = always check on two different browsers.

@Paul Frankowski, thank you for taking the time to reveiw our site again. As a paying customer I appreciate the support provided in fixing our initial problem, and what steps you took to resolve it (updating SPPB).

But as I can show you, as per my request for help, our Helix Template is not working, and all is NOT working fine. This wasn't happening until the update you applied, why I asked.

Specific examples of this not working:

  • Menu Link Colors
  • Menu Background
  • Body Background

I have not done a deep dive into every setting, but these are very significant items for our site. Some text colors and such are hard coded on SP Pages for elements, so while it might appear to be working, those may be inline CSS on the element itself.

As such, before I asked for help, I had tested mulitple browsers. But since you asked me to, I will also prove this is an issue on each brower.
