No Acces To The Pre-made Blocks.

Hello. On a new Joomla 4 site, I just installed SPPagebuilder 4.0.10. Entered email and licence key. Everything works, except the pre-made blocks. When I try to import them, I have only a little circle turning. Details : When I add a new line/"Import layout, blocks, Saved items from here. It's just a click away."/Import/Tab : Blocks

I think I'm not the first to have this problem.

The blocks are back ! After I re-copy-paste the licence key.

So, ticket closed.

Sorry for your issue.

Did you mean this option: https://prnt.sc/pf9cKbM1U-ys? I have just checked and the option is working for me with SPPB 4.0.10. Is it also not working from the layout tab of the SPPB editor panel for you, please?

However, kindly clear your Joomla cache from system. It might help!

It doesn't work from anywhere : Directly "Layouts" at the left/Blocks tab, or Add a row/Import.
