I try to connect PB wit FB/Insta. I went thru the whole written and video descritiption. Works fine.
When I press the 'generate access token' button in PB Configuration, everything works fine and token and id are generated and shown on a popup screen by facebook.
But pressing the 'insert and save token' button in that window has no effect !

Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

Your app should be in development mode. Please check your Facebook Apps in Facebook Developer Site
