Instagram Access Token can not be saved

Hello,

Instagram Fotos doesnt work on my website.

i checked it in backend and renewed the Facebook App ID, Facebook App Secret
and wanted to create the access token. If the Acess token is generated and i only have to click
on Insert and save there is the problem! - The button doesn´t work.
Can you help me?

The failure on page is:
Instagram Error: Unsupported get request. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

hello, thank you for your answer! but i had no problems to insert the gallery to my site! i have the Problem so as i described, that the green insert and save button for the token doesnt work!
there is no reaction on it. i tested it on different browsers and mobile browsers, too and its the same problem!

I have made a tutorial on How to setup Instagram Gallery Addon. Please follow the steps in the tutorial. Make sure that you have checked the additional steps in the description too. You may also follow this forum solution about this issue.

If your issue is still not solved, then share your CORRECT Joomla access to check the issue.

So, i read everything, deleted the facebook app and start a new one.
I worked the complete description in your video.
I checked the further informations from you, too.
But nothing works!
No Access Token can generated by Pagebuilder Button.
The Joomla Login information ist in Hidden comments, i tested the login, it works fine.

I hope you can help me!

Apology for the delay. Your issue is fixed now. Please input your Facebook App Id and Facebook App Secret and try again.

Please keep a full site backup. Then uninstall SP Page Builder and install it again. Then check the issue.
