The language was selected and installed before the upgrade to version 4, but it does not apply to SPBuilder 4.*. On version 3.8, the language was applied perfectly. How to fix the situation on version 4.10? I pressed the Reinstall language button, but nothing helps. Tried with Russian and Ukrainian. Please help!

Apology for the delay. You have to set the site language to Russian. Then the translation will work.
