Wrong PageBuilder Gets Installed

Hello,
I've just downloaded Qubic Quickstart Pack 3 and always Page Builder 4 gets installed. And when I want to downgrade de Pagebuilder, the page shows me this error: Attempt to assign property "cssClassName" on array.
Could you please tell me how to solve that problem? I also tried to install the template once again because I thought maybe i downloaded the wrong one or it was a bug but also that didn't helped.

Probably 4.0.x version of SPPB is now preinstalled everywhere. And this is not "wrong".

Accepted AnswerBut yes, you can install Joomla 4 + Template + SPPB 3.8.9 as separate products and just preview in QS how all was done.
I will try to search older versions with SPPB 3.x inside.

- I just disabled all of the addons and now I can work on the page.
It would be great if there's an option to download a quickstart template with Page Builder 3!
