https://bridge-rejser.dk form https://www.bridge-rejser.dk/tilmeld-pinse-bridge-vejle does not work correctly. I do not receive it - and it does not give me a message, that it's sent.

I made a form https://www.bridge-rejser.dk/service/kontakt AND THIS WORKS OK

so I cannot see, where I go wrong

sorry I got it. now its sending BUT SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH THE RADIOBUTTONS I cannot choose one of SPILLENIVEAU (LEVELS TO PLAY) and I do not know - how to diverse them in the formbuilder

Please check this page. Radio items works fine. In the email, you will get the radio item title that you have selected.
