  1. Warning! Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet. I cannot login.
  2. Check in: System Information > Folder Permission if all folders are Writable ("green") ?
  3. How long you're using Joomla: month, a year or longer?

So as you know, Joomla 4 update system is from Joomla itself, not from JoomShaper.

Maybe faster would be install clean Joomla 4.2.9 and import demo content from QS that I have.

But you can ignore it, just delete demo & upload your real photos to gallery component!

In general all major Mobile browsers disabling autoplay to improve User Experience, It was an intentional limitation put in by most browser developers.

For sure video must be muted - then it may auto-play!
