Hello everyone,

A number of issues has surfaced when trying to utilize the SP Page Builder in Joomla 4, as well as with Helix Ultimate. I was hoping that you could shed some light on the issues, as they are making it very difficult to use JoomShaper products.

1) Templates failing to load in SP Page Builder.

This error happens randomly and does not go away on page reload or when logging in and out of the system. The system simply continues to return a "Failed to fetch template list" error, and corrects itself at random. The problem can persist for hours at a time.

2) Colours failing to change in certain templates for the top header menu bar on a number of pages other than the homepage.

This happens specifically on the Pitech template style and not on other templates (for instance, Sphere does not have this issue and changes the top bar colour consistently throughout the theme). Changing the menu bar colour for Pitech in Helix has no effect for pages other than the homepage. Please see the Hidden Content section for the relevant URLs.

3) Pages not displaying fully in Joomla (as opposed to pages made through other editors)

Creating a "Featured" page through the SP Page Builder does not display it fully (requiring the user to click the "Read more" button). This does not happen when creating a page with other editors, such as the JCE Editor in Joomla. In the screenshot above, the Welcome page is the one created through the default Joomla editor, while the Landing page is created using SP Page Builder.

4) Error messages overloading the database

This one I cannot conclusively prove to be related to a specific component of the SP Page Builder / Helix, however it happened when leaving the page builder open in the background as the "Failed to fetch template list" error was returned repeatedly. After some time, our database provider has locked our database due to the "workload and number of connections being too high". As I do not wish to test the error again, it's unclear whether it ended up being the SP Page Builder's fault, however this has never happened before with any other editor, and only occured after installing the current Pitech theme / SP Page Builder / Helix.

I'm using Version 4.0.10 of SP Page Builder and Version 2.0.12 of Helix Ultimate.
