I'm struggling and cannot find anywhere - how to change the primary header image background for the theme I chose. I've looked and looked, watched Youtube videos, no where is this addressed. Please help me, I've waisted 2 days on this and haven't gotten anywhere.

I have created an extra section and put a divider addon there and disabled it, then push it up to the top of everything. So, it will allow you to reach to the editing panel easily now. Here is a screencast of it: https://imgur.com/a/dZ6TUdU
