Opengraph Not Showing Correctly

I have problems with Opengraph. I have set all the information in the Opengraph tab of my homepage, but even after 'scrape again' in the FB Sharing Debugger it just doesn't show up.
I see an error "The 'og:image' property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags." but as far as I can see I have an image set.
I have made an app ID which I put in the settings. I do not understand completely how the function 'Disable Default Open Graph Settings' works. What is the default?
