If you transfer the whole site then taking a full site backup and restoring it in your desired domain is the easiest way as you know too I guess.

However, I will convey your wish about mass export/import of SPPB pages to the team.

I agree that in some cases it may be helpful, by now you have to export-import all pages using PHPMyAdmin. Easy to find prefx_sppagebuilder table and inside there are all pages that you have then mark and export.

OR

you can use Akeeba Backup Core/Pro and set to backup only database and extract not needed tables and keep only prefx_sppagebuilder table.

Both methods are simple and recommended. That's all we can suggest by now.
