Change Logo Size On Mobile

I'm using the eventplanner template, and I'm not able to increase the size of the logo on my cell phone.
I already identified the css to be changed, I even tried via custom.css but it doesn't work.
How to make?

If you click on the mobile icon at the topbar of the Template Options edit window then you will find logo height(mobile) field. Here is a screenshot for your convenience:
