The page was built with SPPB 3. If I re-instal ver. 3.8.9 it works fine.!

I have sent a screenshot via email.

As I have said in my initial post "I am having issues with the editor not working correctly after upgrading from 3.8.9 to 4.0.10."

Hello John,

Please take our humble apology. We need the site backup to work on it. Because we don't want to make any change on the live site for safety purposes. But there is an error while taking the backup. Would you mind to share the backup as zip file in hidden content?

-Regards

Hello John,

Please take our humble apology for the delay due to weekend. Have you changed the login credentials ? We can't login to your site. Would you mind to share the backup file that you have taken in the hidden content ?
