Hi,

I try to edit from the frontend an article created with SP Page Builder. I created a user with Author permissions, i assigned him as author for thw specific article and i changed thw access to Special. When i try to edit it i receive the message "You are not permitted to edit this page." What am i doing wrong?

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

Do you have set frontend editing permission to that 'special' user group?

Here is all about ACL if it helps!

And if you have a lock icon beside the page name in the page list then clicking on the icon will let it marked as checked out, so it will be available for you to check in again.

Best Regards

Hi again,

By setting frontend editing permissions you mean to assign to the 'special' access level a specific group with frontend access? I assigned the Author group. I also set this group to be able to Edit own without result.
