I Cannot Edit My Pages With SP Page Builder

Hi All, I just installed the SP Page Builder Pro, and integrated it with joomla articles. However, I cannit edit my pages with SP Page Builder. By clicking on "Edit with SP Page Builder" button, I receive a message as below:
Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Can someone assist me please? Thanks

Please check this steps to find out the real error.
- Enable the debug mode
- Enable the error reporting maximum
- Disable the SEF

Accepted AnswerPlease check now. You missed a process. If you use SEF then you need to rename the htaccess.txt file to .htaccess. I did it now and it works fine. Please check & let me know.

After 4 months, the issue is back. I have neither installed any plugins, nor made any major change on the website. Not sure what's the issue comming from. I receive error "Not Found"when I try to open the page with SP Page Builder for editting.
Could you please check and advise?
I believe you have the administrator access.

The issue presented on my google chrome browser, however, MS Edge was working. Today, I had no luck to access the SP Page Builder Editor at all. I clear all my browsers' cach (including Chrome, FireFox and Edge), but no luck with it.
Could you please confirm what is the issue and how I can resolve it? Your prompt response would be appreciated.
