However, if you use modules in the megamenu then the modules will not be shown in the offcanvas, unfortunately. You have to use a different menu for your mobile in this case. or publish the modules explicitly in offcanvas position. it will let your modules be appear on offcanvas but after the menu module ends.

in most cases ot's caused when webmaster uses "Separator" as main menu items(!) we informed about that in documenation, but probably you missed it.

Please change menu item type from Separator to URL (with "#" as link), then clear Joomla cache and recheck again.
