Locked "Blocks"

Hello , i have a problem with "Layouts and "Blocks" section, i am a Pro user but "Bloks" are still locked. "Layouts" are working fine. My license and email are inserted! I made a reinstall! What can i do now?

Sorry for your issue.

Have you clear your Joomla cache, please? Can I have a screenshot of the area where you put up your email and license key with the information?
