We are seeing that the errors are generated by the template and the Helix framework, both from Shaper. It would be pertinent while we continue investigating, to request support from the developer of the template, since perhaps it is a common error for them.
We are not familiar with this type of incidents in templates of this type since it is an inconvenience of the framework, of Shaper, the one that provided this framework, which goes beyond what we can do.
We continue to review and investigate to try to find a solution, but it is essential to know what the template support says, to contact Shaper. In the error_log file that is being generated in the root of the site you can see the errors reported by the template and the framework.
