Buy SP Builder 4.0.10 Personal Pack which includes, templates, extensions and design blocks. It is working on Joomla 4. Everything seems to work fine except when I want to make a new design using the packages I can't download them, the import starts and it stays in an infinite loop without doing anything. The license was loaded, the cache was cleared, mod_security was disabled and nothing, it cannot be downloaded. I tried to download it from the Joomshaper site but it won't let me if I don't pay for the Pro which is already paid for. I hope for a solution soon since the development of the website for which I have a stipulated work period is delaying me.

Did you mean the layout bundles, please? It is working fine at my end. Is this happening to any specific layout? Or for all? Which template you are using there?
Can I have screenshot and screencast to visulize the issue better?

I'll give you screenshots to see if you get an idea. It does not download the Design Packages, from the Joomshaper page it asks me to pay for the Pro version but it is already paid for

Hi Oscar,
If you have downloaded and installed the SP Page Builder Pro already in your Joomla environment then the layout bundle and premade blocks are within your SPPB editor panel already.

You can not download them, only import/exort in SPPB pages are available.

Hello, the site stopped working, this appears when you want to access (Screenshot). The administration part works, when I want to use the SP Builder this image appears to me the same as when I want to access the page, it seems like a template problem, I reinstalled it but nothing, I don't know what to do, time is playing against me since I'm out of line.

We are seeing that the errors are generated by the template and the Helix framework, both from Shaper. It would be pertinent while we continue investigating, to request support from the developer of the template, since perhaps it is a common error for them.
We are not familiar with this type of incidents in templates of this type since it is an inconvenience of the framework, of Shaper, the one that provided this framework, which goes beyond what we can do.
We continue to review and investigate to try to find a solution, but it is essential to know what the template support says, to contact Shaper. In the error_log file that is being generated in the root of the site you can see the errors reported by the template and the framework.
This is what the hosting technicians who are reviewing the site told me.

Thanks for the access. I have checked and found out you are using PHP 8.2 version there: https://prnt.sc/VSQApwImfPHa
The Newskit template is not compatible with PHP 8.x yet, sorry about that. But it will get it soon. Kindly use PHP 7.4 untill then.
Clearing your Joomla and browser cache is important after that. If your issue persists, let me know.

After having to redo the page I still can't download the design packs included in the Personal Plan I purchased. Please, I would like to solve the problem, I don't know why it asks me to pay for these packages if they are already included in the Personal Plan that I bought.
