Blocks Wont Work Even Though I have A Pro License

I have a pro subscription but the blocks are still not available. It says I need to buy the upro subscription. How can I unlock the blocks so I have access to them? Let me know what I need to do to fix this, or let me know what I need to send you so you can fix this problem.

I have already tried to put my email and license key in there. it says it saves and is all good but nothing happens. This is why I am trying to figure out what is happening. What do I do from here?

Good morning Same here.

I have a Pro license. My email and key are activated. The domain is added under my profile

I cleared the cache... but still get the message I need to upgrade to PRO

it's not the browser cache that need to be cleared... but the Joomla-cache. It works now
