Quickstart Template Install Issue

Hi,
I've not encountered this issue before after installing a Quickstart Template. It is as if I installed just a template file vice installing a Quickstart. These are DEFAULT setups with zero modification or updates. I have also done complete updates as well but same result; the site appears as if I have merely installed the template onto a default Joomla setup. FYI, this isn't the case with all Joomshaper Quickstart Template installs and these are examples of a few of them that I've encountered thus far, so there may be others as well.
Please advise.

Lightbox Install w/ SPPB4 Current
I found another one; Lightbox. This one also has a database error; shown above, upon initial install. Selecting the Update Structure under Maintenance: Database doesn't fix the error either; even after updating to SPPB4 v4.0.11. Additionally, I ran both analyze and then repair under phpMyAdmin as well; to no avail.
All the images in the demo folder are .jpgs of that refer to the dimensions of the related images.
