Use this custom CSS

.unei-blog-details-social-share {
    display: none;
}

Go to system--> https://prnt.sc/tDbSUJh6LiGu --> Default template-->Template options--> https://prnt.sc/A5nlsBvCQsqs And add your CSS there.
